Refund and Returns Policy

At Stop2carts, ensuring complete customer satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we offer fair, flexible refund and order cancellation policies outlined below.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order you recently placed with us, please do so as soon as possible by emailing Info@stop2carts.shop with your order number.

  • Customers have the option to cancel requests free of penalty before fulfillment and delivery begins.
  • Once an order enters the shipping process, it can no longer be cancelled.
  • For cancelled orders that have not yet shipped, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges

Stop2carts don’t accept items exchanges.

Return Refunds

For information about our return policies and processes, please see our Shipping & Returns page. In summary:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in original condition and packaging. Only new products are eligible for return and refunds. Slightly used are not eligible for return and refunds.
  • All returns are eligible for a refund in the form of Stop2carts store credit.
  • Credits added to your account have an indefinite validity period and apply toward future transactions.

Refunds for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfills your order, please contact us right away by emailing Info@stop2carts.shop with photos of the issue and your order number.

  • We inspect all reported issues. If found to be our error, you will receive a full refund in the form of store credit.
  • Alternatively, we can send a replacement item to you at no additional cost.
  • No restocking fee applies to refunds for defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled items.
  • Please refuse delivery from the shipping carrier if possible in cases of obvious damage. Otherwise, accept the package and contact us immediately.

Refund Processing Time

Once we have approved a return and received the item back in the required condition, refunds in the form of store credit are typically processed within 3-5 business days. We will send you an email notification when store credit has been added to your account.

Store Credit Refunds

For your convenience, all eligible refunds are provided in the form of Stop2carts store credit rather than refunds to your original payment method.
