Three things to think about before picking a model.
Ceramic burrs
Ceramic burrs do not rust and stay cool while you grind. They are a sensible choice if you grind every day for pour-over, drip, or French press and want a low-maintenance mechanism.
Stainless steel burrs
Steel burrs are sharp and durable, and many models offer a wide range of click settings. Look at these if you switch between coarse and fine grinds, for example French press one day and moka pot the next.
Compact and portable
Smaller bodies hold fewer beans per batch but pack easily for the office, a camping trip, or travel. Check the jar capacity on the listing to match how many cups you usually make.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at this time. We deliver to addresses within the United States only, and shipping is free on every order with no minimum.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, cut-off 5:00 PM ET) and spend 5–6 business days in transit, for an estimated total of 6–8 business days.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Items must be new and unused, ideally in the original packaging. The customer covers return shipping, and there is no restocking fee. Full details are in our Refund and Returns Policy.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we process the refund within 7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address or cancel an order before it ships; after it has shipped, the address can no longer be changed.
